About the Innovation Area work:
The Innovation, Protection, Development and Analysis (IPDA) area is a department of WeWorld, created in August 2019. The IPDA is the consolidation of a dedicated Task Force for the capitalization of the Community Protection Approach. The overarching aim is to enhance the quality of WW’s work in the areas of established expertise: CPA Methodology, Integrated Protection (Child Protection, GBV, Data Protection), Data Analysis and Digital Solutions.
Innovation Protection Development and Analysis (IPDA) Area Objectives:
- Reinforce WW-GVC’s position in international debates and fora through effective rights and evidence-based initiatives
- Consolidate, in a sustainable manner, WWGVC Community Protection Approach’s core competence both internally and externally
- Provide concrete and innovative instruments and research to reinforce WWGVC missions and the organization’s overall capacity
- Establish a network to promote the exchange of knowledge, expertise, and experience
