WeWorld E-Learning Platform
The E-Learning Platform of WeWorld offers an integrated set of interactive and multimedia tools providing a general understanding of how to implement and use the Community Protection Approach. This instrument allows learners to self-pace their learning process, and adapt it to their needs.
This E-Learning Platform provides several courses on the different CPA components and phases. The learning experience is tailored to different staff requirements.
The proposed learning experience is divided into two main types:
General modules:
A first comprehensive introduction to the CPA and its components
Deep dives:
Detailed training on specific CPA technical components and operational implementation
The platform is regularly updated with training material on the CPA and other relevant topics related to the humanitarian and development sectors. On a regular basis, topical webinars are organized to support the standard learning package.
The learning experience has been designed on the basis of a one-year process of application and feedback of pilotsโ learnings in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions. The process included an online survey carried out in LAC and MENA regions to identify key learning aspects, which involved 317people.
