This instrument allows learners to self-pace their learning process, and adapt it to their needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This E-Learning Platform provides several courses on the different CPA components and phases. The learning experience is tailored to different staff requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The proposed learning experience is divided into two main types:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center has-border-color has-ast-global-color-1-border-color is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:100px;border-style:solid\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-ast-global-color-2-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>General modules:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">A first comprehensive introduction to the CPA and its components<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-ast-global-color-2-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>Deep dives:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Detailed training on specific CPA technical components and operational implementation<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The platform is regularly updated with training material on the CPA and other relevant topics related to the humanitarian and development sectors.
