Strengthened Civil Society and National and Local Authorities’ Engagement in Area C of the West Bank

Since 2015, WeWorld has been implementing the CPA in the occupied Palestinian territory. To approach vulnerabilities and needs of Palestinians in Area C of the West Bank, WeWorld introduced Protection Response Plans (PRPs)ย  strengthening planning between communities, local authorities, and civil society and communities’ capacity to advocate for their needs and address local duty-bearers.

This infographic demonstrates how the civil society and national and local authorities’ (PNLA) engagement changed from 2015 toย 2021 based on the CPA data. Their engagement became more active while their accountability to the communities increased.
